We have received funding from the Welsh Government to start a DIY scheme that allows potential homebuyers to purchase on the open market on a 70/30 shared equity basis.

There is a lmited amount of DIY funding available that will be allocated to registered clients who meet the affordability and eligibility criteria, and who are able to proceed with a purchase straight away.
