Should any complaint of discrimination or harassment be made against a member of staff, a contractor or a service provider, or should a member of staff, contractor or service provider suffer discrimination or harassment, we should be advised immediately. The matter will be investigated and if the allegation is upheld action will be taken which could result in:-

• disciplinary proceedings against Association staff

• removal from the Association's panel of approved contractors and loss of all current contracts and works

• action against residents under their Tenancy Agreement

• report of the allegations being passed to the organisations who have statutory responsibility for investigating and acting on equal opportunity matters.
