Our sheltered accommodation provides people over 55  with easy-to-manage homes while helping them to maintain an independent lifestyle.

We have two types of sheltered accommodation:

Accommodation with a scheme manager

24 hour support with an emergency alarm system and an on-site Scheme Manager during work hours. This scheme consists of self-contained apartments often with shared facilities including a common room, laundry, guest room and communal kitchen.

What does the scheme manager do?

The Scheme Manager provides unobtrusive support to residents, answer their queries, and offers help and advice. They do not provide any medical, nursing or cleaning services for individual residents, but will help in arranging for these services to be provided by other agencies such as Social Services.

Accommodation without a scheme manager

Although there is no on-site Scheme Manager, there is still security from the emergency alarm system. This type of scheme usually consists of small groups of self-contained apartment.
