Melin unveil ten new properties in Torfaen

Official opening of Clos Rheillfordd

14 September 2010

Residents of Torfaen are now benefiting from another ten new, affordable homes thanks to Melin.

The £1 million scheme, called Clos Rheillfordd in Talywain, consists of ten properties; a mixture of two, three, four bedroom houses and two bedroom flats, two of which were bought under the Homebuy scheme.

All the homes have been built to level three of the code for sustainable homes, which means they have energy saving features such as air source heat pumps and ways to reuse and recycle water.
