Reporting A Repair

We are committed to servicing repairs efficiently and to our tenants' satisfaction
  • We will issue an individual call reference number.
  • Tell you who you can expect to call, i.e., contractor or a maintenance surveyor
  • Inform you of the time-scale within which the repair will be carried out.
  • Establish how access to the property will be arranged
  • Provide advice on any preventative action that can be taken, such as; turning the water off in case of a leak.
  • Tell you what immediate help can be provided, i.e. such as portable heating if your own cannot be repaired immediately.

Emergency Repairs* Hotline – 01495 325333. Only use this number after 5pm Monday to Thursday and after 4.30pm on Friday and all day on weekends and Bank Holidays.

* Only use this number for repairs that are necessary to prevent danger to health, a risk to safety of residents or serious damage to buildings.
