Reporting A Repair

We are committed to servicing repairs efficiently and to your satisfaction
  • We will issue you with an individual call reference number.
  • We will tell you who you can expect to call.  i.e. A contractor or maintenance surveyor
  • We wll tell you how long it will take for the repair to be carried out
  • We will arrange with you how to access the property
  • We will provide advice on any preventative action that can be taken such as turning the water off in case of a leak.
  • We will tell you what immediate help can be provided.  E.g. Portable heating if your own cannot be repaired immediately.

Emergency Repairs* Hotline – 01495 325333. Only use this number after 5pm Monday to Friday and all day on weekends and Bank Holidays.

* Only use this number for repairs that are necessary to prevent danger to health, a risk to safety of residents or serious damage to buildings.
