How to pay your rent and service charges

There are several ways that you can pay your rent:

Direct Debit

This is the easiest way to pay your rent. We will take an agreed amount directly from your bank account. . If the amount to be taken changes, we must inform you at least fourteen days before it is due to be taken.

We must inform you at least 14 days before the amount is to be taken of any changes to the amount.

You can choose to pay by monthly or weekly direct debit. If you wish to set up a direct debit, either print off the direct debit form and send it to us or we can send you a form in the post.

Standing Order

A Standing Order involves you making arrangements for your bank to pay your rent directly into our bank account. We cannot alter the amount of this payment.

If you wish to alter the payment you must contact your bank directly. If you wish to set up a standing order, please contact a member of the Finance team. A form will be sent to you to complete, which you must then forward to your bank to instruct them to pay the agreed amount into our account on the specified date.
