Ways to pay

We all have bills to pay and probably the most important one is your rent. We offer many ways to pay as well as advice on budgeting to make this as easy for you as we can. In return we expect you to make every effort to keep up with your rent payments. Remember if you are struggling to pay, don't bury your head in the sand; talk to us.

Here's how to pay rent and service charges:

By logging in to your account online

Your online account is also a handy window into all aspects of your tenancy, from repairs made and requested on your home to up to date info on your rent account. 

Our 24 Hour Payment Line

Our new 24 hour rent payment line is live. When residents call us they will now get the option to press 1 to pay rent 24 hours a day. It’s a quick and easy way to pay your rent and all you need is your tenancy reference number and a debit or credit card. Just call 01495 745910 and choose option 1.

Direct Debit

It's one of the easiest ways to pay bills. Once you have set it up you can forget about it and your rent will be paid without you having to remember when it's due every week or month.

We will take the agreed amount directly from your bank account. If the amount changes we will give you 3 days' notice before it's due to be taken. You choose whether to pay every week or every month by Direct Debit. You can also choose any day of the month to pay your direct debit. To change the date of your monthly direct debit, please contact the Income Team on 01495 745910.

Just print off and fill in this Direct Debit form and send it to us at Ty'r Efail, Lower Mill Field, Pontypool, Torfaen NP4 0XJ. Alternatively we can send you a form if you do not have access to a printer.

Standing order

This is an arrangement you make with your bank, for them to pay your rent directly into our bank account. We cannot change the amount of this payment, so if the rent goes up or down you are responsible for letting your bank know.

To set up a standing order, you will first need to get in touch with our Income Team on 01495 745910 to agree a date/frequency and amount. You can then set up a standing order with your bank via telephone or internet banking. 

Internet banking

If you bank online, you can also pay your rent online through your bank's website. To do this, you just need our bank details and your tenancy reference number, so that we can identify your payment. Call our Income Team on 01495 745910 for our bank account details.


You can pay your rent via the Allpay website. Make sure you have your Allpay swipe card to hand when you pay. If you don't have an Allpay card, please contact our Income Team on 01495 745910 and we will arrange for one to be sent to you.

Or if you are passing our office you can pay in cash or cheque at reception. Please have the right money though as we cannot give change.
