Education bursary
Successful applicants receive help to pursue studies.

On 8th September we hosted a celebratory tea for the successful education bursary winners. This year saw eight people awarded with a total of £2,075 to further their careers or help them to get training. Some of this year’s recipients will be using the money for degrees in mental health nursing, another is undertaking a degree in food and nutrition, others are using their bursary to assist with childcare costs, or paying for laptops or books needed to complete their studies. We wish them all the best for their studies and future careers.
