Investment in development

In less than six months our Development team has invested over £8.75m in an ambitious building program and they’re already on target to hand over more than 50 new homes. Residents have moved into homes at Greenacres in Blaenau Gwent, Clos-y-Fran in Cwmbran, and also Newport Road, Caldicot.

The new developments pictured here include a supported living project developed for us by Henstaff in Monmouthshire and a brand-new development of 30 homes built by Pendragon in Cwmbran (22 of these homes are now lived in, with the remainder due to be handed over to us in June.)

Our development program continues, and we are currently on site providing new homes in Monmouthshire, Torfaen, Newport and Blaenau Gwent with more projects pending including Powys plus we still have a very active Homebuy program.

This development program is the culmination of years of hard work and detailed planning by our team, our construction and local authority partners, and Welsh Government. I’m delighted that we are on track to deliver these much needed, high quality homes.
