Our Independent Living team manage three sheltered housing schemes for homeowners of pensionable or retirement age, normally over 60 years old.

Meet the scheme managers

A Scheme Manager is employed at each location to oversee the day-to-day management of the estate and to help and support to residents.

The schemes include door entry systems or door intercoms and pull-cord lifeline emergency alarms.
