Hop to it! - An eggscellent way to get more active and win a prize! We have launched a social media competition this week encouraging everyone to get out over Easter and be more active.

All people have to do is take a snap of themselves out and about with their family, it’s that simple. Anyone can enter just post the photo on line, or email it.

Our health and well-being team Zest are sponsoring the prizes, winners can look forward to a first prize of four passes for Limitless the new trampoline park in Cwmbran, 2nd prize is 4 tickets for Go Play at Cwmbran Stadium and the runner up gets a Zest goody bag.

Keep an eye out on social media for Ron Rabbit who is prompting the competition and encouraging everyone to get outside! Competition closes 30th April 2017.
