As you can see we've had a long overdue update to our website! Hopefully many of the improvements will be easy to spot but we're excited to give you a run down of what we've done…

As you can see we've had a long overdue update to our website! Hopefully many of the improvements will be easy to spot but we're excited to give you a run down of what we've done. The most important aspect is an overhaul of our information. The menus and search functions have been overhauled so now searching for any information will be easier to find.
As accessibility is so important to us we've improved how easy it is to use our site, Firstly we've improved the size and legibility of the text. For any of our visually impaired site visitors we'll shortly have Browsaloud installed which will enable text-to-speech, language translations via Google Translate and other accessibility options. We're also working on having as much of the site in Welsh as possible in the coming weeks.
The site will also be easy to access via mobile phone or other tablet devices. It's fully responsive which means it'll fit whichever sized device you're using without the need to zoom.
There will be more ways to share our pages on social media or via email with friends, so if there's a job vacancy, property of the week or piece of information you're looking to send to someone we've made it easier than ever. Keeping in easy contact with us is very important, so while residents and others have been able to reach us on Facebook, Twitter, phone or email, we've now added a live chat option to talk to one of our Customer Contact Team via a chat function on our site.
So that's a relatively short list of some of the changes we've made so far. We won't stop here. We'll be constantly adding more information and making any necessary tweaks. While the site is new there may be the odd bug or missing link, so if you have any feedback or suggestions we're open to hearing them.
